I am an educational psychologist, parent and student coach, and conflict mediator. I am also a professional trainer in Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). I work with individuals, couples, families, schools, and organizations.

My in-depth understanding of human and student development, emotional intelligence, and the human brain, along with my unique and diverse life experience, provides the foundation for my work.

My interest in this work grew out of my 20+ year career in physical therapy. The social and emotional skills I found necessary for my patients to recover from illness and injury provided the basis to their learning and healing. I have found these same skills to be integral to a person's ability to successfully navigate the many emotions present in daily life. I teach my client the skills necessary to:

  • prevent or solve conflict and create harmony in their relationships,

  • to parent and co-parent effectively, and

  • to meet their fullest potential in school, at work, and in the greater community.

I am grateful for each opportunity to increase my clients'  awareness of their own potential and to help them unlock it so they can enjoy a greater sense of well-being.
